Beyond exhausted....

I NEED SLEEP!!! I was figuring it out and I haven't gotten a full night sleep in at least 70 nights... That is crazy... I go back to work in two weeks (unfortunately) and am hoping Cole will be sleeping better by then or I am not sure how I will function at work. Any suggestions out there?

He is really starting to talk and smile a lot! I can't get enough of it!!
My nephew Evan with Cole. He wanted to hold him. He tends to want to pet his head.
My niece Grace with Cole. He is giving her a dirty look. :)

Cole's Dedication

Cole was dedicated at church on Valentines Day. Here is the cake I made him. The frosting was starting to fall off.

Our first overnight trip

We went to the Iowa/Illinois boys basketball game last night. We decided to get a hotel room and stay the night, since it was a late game. I love this picture of Justin and Cole at the hotel before the game. We went down after the game to take pics. Cole did really well during the game!
We got to meet 5 of the players and take pics with them. As you can see Cole was starting to get hungry, so Justin is feeding him in the pictures.

This guy's last name is Cole, so we wanted a pic with him.

Justin thought it would be a great idea to go swimming. However we didn't have any swimsuits. We went to wal-mart, but they didn't have any either. So, we just got some shorts and shirts to wear. We got swim diapers, which start at 16 lbs and were a little big, but oh well. Luckily no one else was in the pool to see us. The pool was too cool for Cole, so we went in the hot tub, which fortunately wasn't hot.

Laughing at daddy after we got changed from swimming.
We had a good first night away. I was surprised on how well Cole did.

ONE MONTH

We went to Build-a-Bear last week and made a bear for Cole for Valentine's Day! We are going to take his picture with it every month to watch him grow!
